### REFUND POLICY
For orders that have not been processed after payment, you may request a full refund within 6 hours of purchase, which will be issued within 5 days.
For orders canceled after 6 hours, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of worn or used items.
If you refuse delivery or cancel your order while in transit, you will be responsible for shipping fees and a 20% handling fee, which will be deducted from your total payment before issuing a refund.
For custom-made garments, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns.
Additionally, refunds will not be granted for reasons such as the garment being too heavy, fabric feeling stiff, or different in size due to minor measurement variations.
### Cases Requiring Shipping & Handling Fees
In the following situations, the refund amount will be deducted by shipping fees, return fees, and a 20% handling fee:
The customer refuses delivery after shipment.
The order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
The customer fails to pick up the order from UPS/FedEx within the required time.
### REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
#### What is a Custom Order?
Custom orders include:
Garments that are made based on customer-provided images.
Garments that do not have “In Stock” in the product title.
Garments with additional custom options added.
Since custom garments are uniquely tailored, we do not accept cancellations or refunds once production has started.
#### Customized Order Process
Once we receive your order, we begin production immediately.
When the garment is ready, we will send real photos for confirmation.
If modifications are needed, we will make the necessary changes.
Once confirmed, we carefully package and ship your garment.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued due to complaints about weight, size, or fabric feel. Slight measurement variations (due to temperature, posture, or manual measuring) are normal.
#### Refund Process
If your refund is approved, it will be processed based on the following estimated times:
PayPal: 7 business days
Credit/Debit Card: 6–10 business days
Klarna: 7 business days
If you do not receive a refund within this timeframe, please contact us for a refund reference number to follow up with your bank or payment provider.
### RETURNS POLICY
#### Defective Items
If your package arrives badly damaged, refuse delivery and file a claim with the courier.
If your garment is defective, contact us within 3 days with photos/videos of the issue. We will offer one of the following solutions:
Full replacement
Door-to-door repair service
Free repair tools
Partial refund
#### Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, please email us with photos for verification. If confirmed, we will send a replacement or full refund at our expense.
Note: You must report incorrect items within 3 days of delivery.
#### 30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Upon receiving your garment, please inspect it immediately.
You may return your order within 30 days if you meet these conditions:
✅ The garment was not opened or damaged.
✅ The order was not customized.
✅ The packaging is fully intact.
✅ You agree to cover a 20% handling fee + shipping and return fees.
Important:
If the return package is damaged, the refund may be refused.
We recommend recording an unboxing video as proof of product condition.
The 30-day return policy applies only to select warehouses (US, EU, UK, and specific locations).
### Important Notes
❌ Customized orders are NOT eligible for return.
❌ Do NOT return packages without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
